1. Our Services

JorTours provides and helps arrange Jordan-focused tour packages, hotel stays, private car and van transport, and traveler guide services. Some services may be delivered by hotels, drivers, guides or other independent suppliers.

2. Requests and Booking Confirmation

• You must provide complete and accurate traveler, contact, date and service information.
• Submitting an online form or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not guarantee availability or confirm a booking.
• A booking becomes confirmed only when we send written confirmation and any required payment has been received.
• Special requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed or quoted in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless stated otherwise. The final quotation will describe the services included, applicable taxes or fees, payment schedule and accepted payment method. Prices may change before confirmation because of availability, supplier changes or a material change to your request.

4. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

The cancellation and amendment rules supplied with your confirmed quotation or booking apply to that service. Supplier charges may also apply. Please request any change or cancellation in writing as early as possible. Refund eligibility and timing depend on the confirmed terms, services already supplied and the relevant supplier’s policy.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

• Check that names, dates, passenger numbers, locations and other booking details are correct.
• Carry valid passports, permits, entry documents and any other documents required for the journey.
• Follow Jordanian laws, site rules, hotel policies and reasonable safety instructions from guides, drivers and suppliers.
• Tell us before confirmation about accessibility needs, allergies, medical considerations or other requirements that may affect the arrangements.

6. Hotels, Transport and Guides

Hotel class, room type, vehicle type, capacity, route, pickup time and guide language remain subject to availability until written confirmation. Images and descriptions are provided to help planning; the exact room, vehicle or supplier may vary where a comparable alternative is reasonably required.

7. Third-Party Suppliers

Where an independent supplier provides part of your journey, its reasonable operating, cancellation and safety conditions may also apply. JorTours will communicate material supplier conditions when confirming the service and will assist with issues relating to an arranged service.

8. Events Beyond Reasonable Control

Weather, road closures, government action, public-health events, natural events, security conditions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control may require a service to be delayed, changed or cancelled. When this happens, we will make reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative or explain the available options.

9. Personal Information

We use the personal information you submit to answer inquiries, prepare quotations, administer bookings and coordinate requested services. Information may be shared with relevant suppliers only where reasonably necessary to fulfil your request or meet legal obligations. Personal information is handled subject to applicable Jordanian data-protection requirements.

10. Website Use and Content

You may use this website for lawful personal travel planning. You must not misuse its forms, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or copy website content for commercial use without permission. Destination, price and availability information may be updated without notice.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, JorTours is not responsible for indirect loss or for loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by a traveler, an independent supplier’s act outside our reasonable control, or an event described in section 8.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jordan, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
